A private one on one sessions is a safe space to be guided and seen in your process as you discover your voice. In these sessions, we work gently with breath, sound, movement, and awareness to help you reconnect with your natural expression and move through blocks that may be getting in the way.

Pricing -

The base rate for one hour sessions is $150. However I work on a sliding scale. Please don't be shy to reach out, whatever your financial situation. I'll do my best to meet you where you are.
